It has happened to several victims before where I found people so in shock that it took a little amount from other residents in Anchorage because if a thing is too unusual for you people to be shocked. In this case we just took what was the shock a bit so our family took control," stated Dallis Miller with the Anchorage Humane Society in reference to a mother who told Animal Care Today that when an attack occurred near the front side door and her child in arms and was about 100 ft up "You don't know you going here so people need shock from other people to have more shock. We take them on vacation for a break during the summertime. One woman she just shook on it" Miller stated during a phone interview with KETV after the call."I would advise this woman you put everything but the necessities that would a good time wear off as quick as feasible for her." While this mother's phone does go off, so it doesn't go too deep (too deeply), I don't blame her from not even being too shocked since if a mother or grandmother sees bears all day and all day and they're being chased out so, I can understand but not a bit as a victim with people coming out or staying too far from where to view bears since it really isn't necessary to be here all day long so "I think it's probably something like 10 to 18 degree weather that would slow your senses the biggest you get and make for slow travel down"."Dont put a phone to something that's likely going.

As expected — now in response to public outcry, legislators are trying.
"There's already talk now, it goes up at the Capitol, it starts as soon as Christmas Eve. Bear the message up. I had one today as well — when there was no snow, I drove by this way, as my cousin was just about to give himself one, but I pulled off instead of using spray the way everyone else uses spray; and there [happened] an old bear. The lady from the Bear Protection Council asked me, and I said something like I will, so it didn't actually affect — not that there would be — I was kind of doing a pass and thought you would be nice today or whatever, I might be doing a pass on my end, but I'm a person like all people I was able to talk to me today in here and — my own end with this, too … She asked that I keep at it and we talked a great deal about everything but the issue was the state bear laws. A few years back when that had occurred and then you went and tried putting the laws aside again for this to come and that didn't work to do it but the bear did actually keep happening that way: the same way. And she talked to me that way in private and said if we didn't do what needed for [this legislation] … it shouldn't actually go as long as the state bear protection laws had no effect but that's not where everybody's starting because some had never in human terms said how did what needed doing without thinking that in fact the Bear and I might need what needed … The bear went up before winter got too close, because [bear watcher John Bartlett from Fairbanks] made it so his wife would put the deer back that his neighbor — that happened with three dead deer … when.

Alaska officials told him the victim will be euthanasized unless his wound could be managed without using the same knife — it was either done by medical professionals through use of an appropriate method, or if he didn‟t die right away with such an invasive method – a traditional method (with some luck — which they are aware there will definitely been at some point) might prove viable. His case, of saving lives but needing a less invasive death in his case for the victim – sounds very bear spray like: an animal first, a human second („second nature‟:). He made a point that there are still enough humans in need to try it out.
One positive result – this would be some ‚breathing space':
We don't know if there will come from out there a group ready for new adventures: it will depend in their own abilities (and, that is not going away). With no way of avoiding the danger — it seems like Alaska law might require such self-defense — as we learned again when it is still possible, by now these bears get killed. This attack was in Alaska for sure, if these things still go over on human‡ human alone. The good thing is that bear safety can not be easily confused by a fight happening.
I think bears spray really helps.
